Use & Care

Please wash all new products prior to first use. Check out our use and care tips for our lunchboxes, snack containers and cotton bags. For product-specific information, please visit each product's web page.

Shipping Policy

At - all orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in California. Delivery time is typically 2-7 business days - depending on service.

We ship to most international locations as well. Please be advised that customs taxes/duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the service selected - delivery can take up to 4 weeks.

Refund/Return Policy

To initiate a return, please please fill out our Return/Warranty Request Form so that we may issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and ensure a prompt refund for the item you are sending back.

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging for a refund. Returns typically take between 7 and 10 business days. Please note that as the customer you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items to ECOlunchbox. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. If items do not have their full packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.

ECOlunchbox Warranty

Our lunchboxes are built to last and we ensure every product is held to the highest standards for quality and food safety.

ECOlunchbox products have a one year warranty against any manufacturer's defects. In the rare event that you receive a lunchbox with a defect, we will gladly replace it for free with proof of purchase. To help us gather the information we need, please fill out our Return/Warranty Request Form.

For international warranty claims, we ask customers to seek a replacement from the shop where it was purchased or we can refer the customer to our nearest international distributor to request a replacement or we can offer a free replacement part so long as the customer covers the USPS international shipping fees.

The silicone lid on our Splash Box is 100% water and air tight. This makes for leakproof use, but please don't pack the box with the lid sealed into an unpressurized cargo hold when you are travelling via airplane. Bring it as a carry on. The silicone lid, due to its tight seal, some splits due to the change in air pressure. This is not covered under our warranty.

Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear includes dings, scratches and clips that need to be tightened/adjusted. If the clips on your Tri Bento or ECOlunchbox Three in One have gotten too tight or too loose, please see our FAQ page for instructions on how to adjust them to your liking or click here.

Our organic cotton canvas lunchbags can be machine washed on cold and tumbled dry. We suggest using a delicates bag to protect the straps and buttons when washing by machine.
