Shipping Policy
At ECOlunchboxes.com - all orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in California. Delivery time is typically 2-7 business days - depending on service.
We ship to most international locations as well. Please be advised that customs taxes/duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the service selected - delivery can take up to 4 weeks.
Refund/Return Policy
We accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase from ECOlunchboxes.com

Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging for a refund. Returns typically take between 7 and 10 business days. Please note that as the customer you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return items to ECOlunchbox. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. If items do not have their full packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied.
If you didn't buy the product directly from us, please go to the original place of purchase to request your return.
ECOlunchbox Warranty
Our lunchboxes are built to last and we ensure every product is held to the highest standards for quality and food safety.
ECOlunchbox products have a one year warranty against any manufacturer's defects. In the rare event that you receive a lunchbox with a defect, we will gladly replace it for free with proof of purchase. To help us gather the information we need, please reach out to us at info@ecolunchboxes.com
For international warranty claims, we ask customers to seek a replacement from the shop where it was purchased or we can refer the customer to our nearest international distributor to request a replacement or we can offer a free replacement part so long as the customer covers the USPS international shipping fees.
