July Pre-Orders Will Be Matched With One-for-One Donation
We've got some #PlasticFreeJuly news to share! Our founder Sandra Ann Harris is publishing a book called "Say Goodbye to Plastic: A Room By Room Survival Guide for Plastic-Free Living."
The book is partly a memoir recounting Sandra's founding story of ECOlunchbox as well as an inspirational call to action for people everywhere to join the plastic-free movement. You'll find it's packed with how-to tips for beginner and advanced plastic-free lifestyle aficionados. The cover is still under wraps, but the book is available now to pre-order!
"I really hope the book can inspire others to jump into activating around the plastic pollution movement," Harris said. "I started ECOlunchbox on my kitchen table a decade ago and thanks to the trust and support of eco-friendly consumers worldwide we've grown to have considerable positive planet impact."
"I'm thrilled to share in my new book the behind-the-scenes story of our founding on my kitchen table," Harris explained. "I also hope to light up people's hearts to the beauty of our oceans by sharing some inspirational ocean experiences I've had that keep me working passionately in the plastic pollution movement. Plus, I've put together tips for plastic-free lifestyle aficionados for every room of the house."
For every July order placed on the Penguin Random House pre-order page, ECOlunchbox will donate a "Say Goodbye to Plastic" book to a Title 1 school to make it available to underserved students.
