I think I might have put my former gasket in the dish washer with my bento wet box and afterwards it never quite fit right- It was too big and never stayed in place. This replacement fit right in and stays in place so my bento remains waterproof and in tact. It’s so easy to pull out and put back in, I’ll make sure to pay more attention to removing it with each cleaning.
